Tenant Board Member Elections 2009

In last year's election, all Gloucester City Homes Tenants and Leaseholders were sent a voting form, and could vote for one of the three candidates standing for the tenant position.

For the leaseholder position, one nomination was received for Richard Ingham, who was appointed to the Board unopposed.

The results| of the election were announced at our AGM on Wednesday, 7th October 2009.

How long do Board members serve on the Board?

Board members serve for three years. A Board member elected in 2009 will be a Board member until the Annual General Meeting in 2012. Board members can resign during their term in office. This will result in the appointment of a replacement member for the remainder of the period that the original member of the Board had left to serve.
