Anita Pope - Director of Housing and Organisational Development

Anita was promoted to her new role as Director of Housing and Organisational Development in February 2011. She has been part of the Executive Management Team since the company started in 2005. Anita is a CIPD qualified Human Resources specialist with over 20 years experience, who brings significant strategic management expertise to the organisation. She has extensive experience of change management and a demonstrable track record of success, ensuring that GCH was the first ALMO to secure the Achieving Level of the Equality Framework and attaining the Investors in People Gold Award. Anita has implemented a range of strategies which have seen GCH become a champion of diversity.
