Ashley Green - Chief Executive

 

Ashley is accountable to the Board of Directors and leads the company’s Executive Management Team. He provides leadership by example through the company’s Mission, Vision, Core Values and Strategic Aims.

He has transformed Gloucester City Homes into an excellent 3* service with excellent prospects for improvement following inspection by the Audit Commission in October 2010. GCH has many other awards including full compliance with Customer Service Excellence and Investors in People Gold status. The Audit Commission said: “We are very pleased to offer Gloucester City Homes as a model of excellence to other housing organisations and as a benchmark of positive practice.”

Ashley is professionally and technically qualified and holds a postgraduate strategic management qualification. He has been Chief Executive for 5 years and has over 20 years experience at a senior or strategic level. He is also a consultant for the LGA Gateway Review Team reviewing major strategic projects for public sector organisations.
