Gloucester City Homes Executive Management Team

The EMT is responsible for translating the mission and vision of the company into specific customer based operations. They are responsible to the Board of Directors and provide professional advice, the strategic direction and overall management of the organisation. The EMT responsibilities are to ensure that the company is fit for purpose, providing resources to ensure the company’s legal and service delivery commitments are achieved in accordance with the 5-year management agreement of the City Council.
