The management of Gloucester City Homes: how we operate
Gloucester City Homes is managed by a Board of Directors| which, from May 2011, meets on a bi-mionthly basis. The Board consists of 5 tenants (of which one is a leaseholder representative); 5 members nominated by Gloucester City Council and 5 independent members, who bring a wide range of skills and experience to the organisation.

Gloucester City Homes Executive Management Team| is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and reports to the Board of Directors.
The Senior Management Team| is responsible for ensuring the resources of the company deliver tenant services through effective performance management. The team ensures that the business operation achieves tenant needs and aspirations.
The Operational Management Team| is responsible for the delivery of all front-line and support services to agreed service standards and performance targets through their specialist technical teams. They are the hub of the organisation in terms of delivering outcomes for tenants.
