Meet the team

There are 2 posts in the Home Ownership Team.

Sally Howell is your Leasehold and Home Ownership Manager and Jayne Hartland is the Right to Buy and Re-chargeable Repairs officer.  As well as looking after all things to do with Home Ownership and Re-chargeable Repairs, the team looks after the tenants incentive scheme known as GIFTS.

Here is a little bit about your team:

 

Sally first started working in housing on 1st March 1999 at the Coney Hill Housing Office. Since this time she has worked in most areas of the city as a housing officer, an anti social behaviour officer and spent some time working in the Customer Services Team at Southgate House.   Sally has a good grounding in estate issues and a working knowledge of housing as a whole.  On a more personal note, at 21 years of age she bought her first home.  It was a flat in a block of 6 and for 12 years she was a Leaseholder herself and as such can appreciate the concerns that you may have.

Jayne previously managed a residential lettings company in the private sector for 6 years. During that time she dealt with all types of housing issues, including rent collection, property maintenance, property valuation and lettings, Jayne worked with both landlords and tenants.  Jayne has a wealth of housing knowledge and looks forward to the challenges ahead.
