Leaseholders' Forum

The Leaseholders Forum is a fully constituted group that meets quarterly to discuss any issues and make suggestions for improvements to the service that GCH provides.

The Forum has a chair, Carol Leahy and a vice chair, Colin O'Reilly who were elected in March 2010 and are both leaseholders within the City.

The meetings usually last around an hour and give leaseholders a chance to discuss any issues, concerns or suggestions they have with the Leasehold Co-ordinator and with other Leaseholders.

We also use Leaseholders Forum meetings to brief you on current issues, planned maintenance programmes and changes and improvements that are to be made to the services that you receive.

By enabling leaseholders to have a say and by listening to your views we will be more accountable for the services we offer.

Our next meeting will take place on 11th June 2012

All meetings start at 6.15pm and are held in the Gloucester City Homes office at Railway House, Bruton Way, Gloucester GL1 1DG.

All leaseholders are welcome to attend these meetings.  We welcome newcomers and love to see new faces and listen to new ideas.

We are committed to improving our service to you. We need your input to do this, so please feel free to let us have your comments or come to one of the Forum meetings.
