What do I have to do to make sure my gas appliances are safe?

Gas Appliances should be serviced annually by a Gas Safe| registered engineer.  If you do not do this, you may be breaking the conditions of the lease. We may ask you for evidence that you have had a safety check or service in the last 12 months.

Under the terms of your lease, you are responsible for keeping any appliances in your home in a safe condition. This is so that they do not present risk or danger to the flat or any of the people who live in it, or any other flats in the building.

It is important that any gas fires, boilers and water heaters in your home are regularly checked and serviced.

Gloucester City Homes is pleased to announce that it can now carry out your gas service to your home.

This service is provided by our partners Lovell. Our Home Safety Service also includes checking any carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.
