Gloucester City Homes has extended its repairs service to leaseholders
Under the terms of the lease, leaseholders are required to carry out certain repairs to their homes.
Gloucester City Homes can now organise these works on behalf of the leaseholder via our partners Lovell Respond.
We will charge you for these repairs in a similar way that tenants are charged for re-chargeable repairs.
