Leasehold Management Services
Gloucester City Homes manage all residential leasehold properties on behalf of Gloucester City Council. These are homes that were originally purchased under the right to buy scheme and the Council has remained the freeholder.
We calculate and collect service charges, respond to enquiries from leaseholders, and deal with solicitor’s enquiries on re-sales on the open market. The Leasehold Management Team can be contacted via the Leasehold Advice Line on 01452 833113 or by email at leaseholders@gloscityhomes.gov.uk| .
