Community Pride Event at The Lampreys

Gloucester City Homes has continued its summer programme of community events, with a Community Pride Day to brighten up the communal landscaped areas at The Lampreys.

GCH was joined by its partners Lovell alongside local residents who enjoyed taking part in activities to improve the area such as litter picking, clearing overgrown areas, and repainting and replanting the wooden planters. 

GCH Resident Involvement Officer Terry Elcock said:

 “This was a great opportunity to work with members of The Lampreys community to make sure their area is clean, attractive and well maintained. It shows how much we can achieve when we work together with residents and partners. That is why GCH is committed with working in the community and making sure we make a real difference for residents.”

Our Community Pride programme gives local residents an opportunity to join together with GCH and our partners to take part in activities which make a real difference to the local community, creating a real sense of pride and community spirit.
