Interruption to water supply at Westgate

There has been a major water leak at the Westgate flats complex today.  As a result, our partners have had to turn off the main cold water supply.  This will mean that some homes within the Westgate area (The Dukeries flats complex) will be without water for periods today.

Our surveyors and engineers have diagnosed the problem and we are working hard to have this resolved by the end of the day.

In the meantime we have arranged for temporary supplies of water which you can collect from the centre of The Dukeries complex in the next hour.

For those residents who are vulnerable or disabled we will make a special delivery to their home.

We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and reassure our residents that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
