Access and Customer Care Project Group
This group meets monthly at Southgate House|.
We look at a range of ways to make our services:

Easy to access - by phone, letter, email, text, website, fax, minicom etc.

Customer friendly - by clearly indicating what level of service you can expect from us; and

User focused - by listening to the views you and other residents express when complaining; filling in satisfaction surveys; attending focus groups etc. and then changing our services to meet our residents changing needs.
