Job Shadowing

Job shadowing allows you to spend time with our staff to see how they carry out their duties. Who knows – it may even lead to you wanting a job in housing or at least help you to see what the job involves. We are always willing to listen to new ideas on how we can deliver better services and whilst job shadowing our staff you may find that you have some suggestions on how we can improve our service.
