Service improvement project groups

We have set up various project groups to help us continually improve our services. The meetings take place monthly at Railway House|.  

They include:

Cross cutting groups

Specific groups looking at service areas

• Property Services
• Income management and financial inclusion
• Resident and community involvement
• Tenancy management
• Supported housing
• Estate services and improvements
• Anti-social behaviour
• Response repairs and void management
• Leasehold and home ownership 
   

Groups looking at back up services

• Governance and risk management
• Human resources
• Performance management
• Information and communication technology
• Marketing and communications  

The groups include staff and resident representatives.  Their aim is to continually improve services by reviewing them and then changing the service to meet residents' needs.
