Westgate Tenants Consultative Committee (WTCC)

Westgate Tenants Consultative Committee is one of two Tenant Consultative Committees operating in the City. As a TCC this places additional responsibilities on the Committee to ensure that the area they represent regularly elects officers to the Committee and the Committee are expected to carry out wide ranging consultation.

When do meetings take place?

Westgate TCC meet on the 1st Thursday on each month in the Committee Room at 6.00 pm.

How does the TCC help residents in the area?

Westgate TCC:

Deals with day-to-day tenant and leaseholder issues on the estate
Supervises the use of Westgate's security access car park
Manages the day-to-day operations of a mobility scooter hire service to the community
Arranges community events and day trips
Monitors the cleaning standards to the blocks of flats in their area
Reports and monitors the progress of communal repairs
Identifies estate improvements and monitors their progress.
