Improving Energy Efficiency in Your Home
Gloucester City Homes in partnership with Severn Wye Energy Agency (who run the Gloucestershire Energy Advice Centre) are working to improve the energy efficiency of all Gloucester City Council's housing.
We have jointly produced a range of Energy Efficiency Advice to help customers make the best use of their current heating, avoid condensation; save energy and decide which energy supplier is offering the best deal. The advice is given below and can be downloaded as separate leaflets.
In addition Severn Wye Energy have helped us to develop an Energy Efficiency Strategy which will help us to ensure that when we improve your homes, we will, wherever possible and subject to the money available, always improve your home to make it more energy efficient.
In doing this we hope to achieve two simple things: Homes which use the smallest amount of energy possible to help reduce global warming and help reduce your fuel bills.
