4. A further drill down picture will identify more closely your repair problem
5. We will then ask you to describe your repair and you can add comments
6. Click on make a report
7. You can then send the report or add another repair if you wish
8. Please provide your name and contact details and the times you will be at home for an appointment for a qualified member of the Lovell Respond Team to complete your repair
9. Click on send.

Confirmation of your repair order

You will then receive an order reference number and confirmation details.
