ASB Respect Action Line

Gloucester City Homes’ tenants who are suffering from the effects of anti-social behaviour can get advice outside normal working hours by using the ASB Respect Action Line.

The ASB Respect Action Line, offers tenants:

• The chance to speak to a trained advisor who can offer advice and support at the time it is needed
• Referral of their problem to the emergency services if needed and to other agencies that can help
• Prompt follow up by Gloucester City Homes Anti-social Behaviour Officers the next working day.
