Alcohol Related Anti-social Behaviour

AlcoholNuisance behaviour caused by alcohol can affect the quailty of life for those living around it. Street drinking can intimidate people, cause disorder and nuisance, and degrade a public space so that it becomes a ‘no go’ area for residents and the community.

 Your tenancy agreement states:

 16. (b) Tenants, members of the household and visitors must not cause or permit a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to any other person.

If you, people living with you or your visitor's are causing a nuisance to those living around you  this is a breach of your conditions of tenancy and will be dealt with in accordance with Gloucester City Homes Anti-social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Incident Policy. We will try to work with you to modify your behaviour and will make referrals to specialist support agencies where appropriate.

If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour caused by alcohol related anti-social behaviour you can report it to Gloucester City Homes by completing the online reporting| form or by contacting us|.

If you are concerned about alcohol you can contact The Independence Trust| for further information, advice and support.
