Drugs / Drug Dealing

 We recognise that drug misuse and drug dealing can seriously blight the lives of those living around it and can have a devastating effect on the community. 

Your tenancy agreement states:

 Tenants, members of the household and visitors must not: 

 Cause or permit a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to any otherperson. 

  Use or allow the Property to be used for any illegal or immoral purpose including the storage, or possession of/or dealing in stolen property or illegal drugs or the use of illegal drugs and must not deal in drugs in the locality of the Property.

 If you are found to be using or selling drugs from your property this is a breach of your conditions of tenancy and will be dealt with in accordance with Gloucester City Homes Anti-social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Incident Policy.

 If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour caused by drug misuse or someone selling drugs near your home, you can report it to Gloucester City Homes by completing on the online reporting form| or by contacting us:| 

 We will encourage you to report incidents of drug misuse or drug dealing to Gloucestershire Police on 0845 09012345.
