Incentive to move
Is your house too large?
Are you living in a family house that you no longer need?
Have you considered moving but are worried about what’s involved?
It could be easier than you think!
If you qualify for a transfer and now need a smaller home instead of a family house then Gloucester City Homes can help.
We help with the move itself, such as arranging the removal van and disconnecting your cooker and other appliances.
And, we can also pay your costs for things like new carpets and curtains plus a generous lump sum towards your other expenses.
We will also ensure that the home you are moving to meets the Decent Homes Standard, and is in your area of choice.
