PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ON DEATH OF TENANT

Whilst a formal four week notice to terminate the tenancy is required, if the keys are returned within this four week period, and the Property is clean and free of effects/rubbish, then the tenancy will be terminated earlier.  In such instances the tenancy will finish on the Sunday following the receipt of keys (if the keys are not returned on a Monday).  Should you have any special difficulties in terminating the tenancy, please do not hesitate to contact us|.

 

Please note any housing benefit the Tenant may be entitled to will end on the Monday following the Tenant’s death, and the full rent will then be due until the keys are returned and the tenancy ended.
