Rent and money matters

Collecting the rent and service charges is an important part of the work of Gloucester City Homes. These payments, together with subsidy paid by the Government, pay for the all important repairs, maintenance and improvement of your homes, as well as paying for housing management services, such as tackling anti-social behaviour and arranging transfer and mutual exchange swaps for people who need to move to more suitable housing.

It is essential that we collect all the income and ensure that people do not get into arrears, and if they do, repay their debts as soon as possible.
