Lifelink - Our community alarm service

Gloucester City Homes provides Lifelink, a service for anyone of any age who would like to feel safer, more protected and independent in their own home. Lifelink will bring peace of mind to you and your family and friends.

This is a community alarm service that enables the user to contact a control centre in times of an emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when they are unable to reach their telephone. Our Lifelink Customer Call Centre is currently run for us by our partners at Hereford Careline.

Lifelink is linked to your telephone line. You make an alarm call by pressing the red button on your pendant. You can call from anywhere in your home, even in your garden.

The staff at the control centre will be able to talk to you via the alarm box and take whatever action is needed.

Recommend a Friend

If you are an existing Lifelink customer, how would you like to receive a £10 Marks & Spencer gift voucher? All you have to do is recommend a friend to the Lifelink service.

Get in contact with us if you know someone who would benefit from the Lifelink service, and we'll give you a £10 gift voucher from Marks & Spencer.

Here's how it works:

•  If you are an existing Lifelink customer, pass on your friends / relative's details and we will contact them to arrange a home visit
• When we have successfully and professionally installed the Lifelink equipment in their home we will then send your gift voucher directly to you.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON YOU ARE RECOMMENDING HAS GIVEN

Keysafes

Supplied by our partner Supra® a keysafe is a security box that holds your door key.

The Lifelink Team can supply and fit to the outside of your property, in a place of your choice, for a one-off fee. 

This allows access to your home in an emergency situation without causing any damage. It can be used by carers, family, friends, neighbours or emergency services.

 If you are interested in having a keysafe fitted, or would like a member of the Lifelink Team to visit for a demonstration, please contact us|.

The C500 KeySafe™ has been designed following extensive consultation with users. The security of the C500 is the highest level ever awarded to a key safe in the UK, achieving accreditation equal to a front door of the same standard.

As a result of this security rating, the product has achieved Police approval.

The C500 KeySafe™ is made of heavy gauge stainless steel. The heavy duty locking mechanism uses a long-travel bolt, making it extremely pry-resistant. A clutch mechanism prevents the handle from being forced open.

The Lifelink Team takes safety and security seriously and will be stocking these keysafe's for customers to buy.
