Referral information

Last year Gloucester City Homes made 185 referrals to external agencies to provide our residents with help and support to maintain their tenancies.

Referrals were made to numerous advice/support agencies including Gloucestershire Citizens Advice Bureau, Guideposts Trust and Gloucester Law Centre.

Reasons for referrals varied from money management and benefit help to tenancy support and healthcare assistance.

We record and monitor all referrals made and make sure that all of our residents continue to get the support and advice they need.
