Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Surveying our customers We sometimes commission independent survey companies to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and other specific surveys on our behalf to help us get your views on our range of services.

The independent survey companies are:

Vision Management Services (VMS)

Vision Management Services is based in Tyne & Wear and carries out paper based surveys for a range of housing organisations including other housing companies like Gloucester City Homes. These surveys allow us to find out what you think of our repairs service.

Your Views Count Cards

One important way of asking our residents what they think about our services is through Your Views Count cards. We give out these postage pre-paid cards whenever we provide you with a service eg repairs, gas servicing, arrears visits, home improvements and many others.

From time to time, we also carry out special surveys for projects such as sheltered housing and communications. We might do this by phone or by postal survey. We are always grateful to receive positive and negative feedback from our residents.

Our Service Standards

We will:

arrange for professional survey companies to carry out independent surveys
ask you regularly to complete survey forms about your satisfaction with our services
survey key services independently at least every three months, and other important services at least once a year; and
regularly report back to you in Tenant Times and on our website what you said and what we did in response.
