We're Listening Road Show
We were delighted to meet so many of you during our recent ‘We’re Listening’ Road Show. Our Executive Management Team toured the City in the brightly coloured ‘We’re Listening’ campervan, while staff from every team were out and about calling on residents in their homes.

During the week we talked to over 1,200 of you, finding out what’s really important to you and dealing with individual queries and concerns. Your feedback has given us a huge amount of information to help us develop our services for the future and provide excellent services that meet your needs.

What’s important to you in your homes and community?
The top issues you identified during the Road Show were:

safety and security

What can we improve?

'It's better already, we're proud of what's been done.'
'Please replace our night storage heaters.'
'It's getting better all the time.'
'There’s been such a culture change since GCH took over from the Council – we’re treated more as individuals.
'Work to provide more opportunities for young people – particularly in Podsmead and Westgate.'
How are we doing?

What are we doing with all the information?
Over 300 of you raised issues with us about repairs, improvements and tenancy issues. We have passed these to the right team to get you an answer or put things right.
We have added all your views and suggestions to our service improvement programme. We will let you know what we are doing in response to these shortly.
